Over the years I have created a large collection of drawings and paintings in my studio in Schoorl. All these artworks are for sale. A newly available service is the Art Lease. You can now rent my art and at the same time save for a purchase. This makes it possible for you to try out different pieces of art or to change your art styling every 6 months and makes art at home possible for everyone! It is also an ideal way for companies to provide the workplace with art.
How does it work?
- Subscribe in the studio or online. The registration fee is a one-off 20 €, the payment of the lease amount is then done every six months by invoice.
- Start selecting art, online or in the studio – I would be happy to show you which works you can choose from.
- When you choose artworks during your studio visit, you can usually take it with you immediately.
- If you choose art online from the website, you can pick it up or have it delivered to your home on a mutually agreed day and time.
- The lease period for an artwork is always 6 months. Extension is possible, provided the artwork has not been sold or reserved.
It is possible to exchange a work within 6 months. - Half (50%) of the lease amount is converted into savings. These savings can be used to buy original art from the studio or the webshop.

Lease work
- up to € 1000 costs € 10 per month, of which € 5 is savings
- up to € 2000 costs € 20 per month, of which € 10 is savings
- up to € 3000 costs € 30 per month, of which € 15 is savings
etc.

HOW IT WORKS – EXTRA INFORMATION
A subscription is for a minimum of 6 months and is automatically renewed every 6 months. You can cancel every six months, at least 1 month before the expiry of the term. Taking multiple and / or different subscriptions at the same time is possible.
Exchanging an artwork within the current period of 6 months is possible, provided the new artwork is within the same value category.
The artwork will be handed over directly after signing a lease.
The leaseholder is responsible for proper and safe transport of the artwork between studio and house.
Delivery at home or exchange of artwork is possible. In a radius of up to 25 km from Schoorl = 25 €. Further afield: 25 € + 1 € per km
The leaseholder ensures responsible handling of the artwork. The leaseholder ensures the proper hanging of the artwork; e.g. not in direct sunlight, not near a heat source or in a humid environment, and a safe and sturdy hanging system.
In the event of damage, loss, loss or seizure of the leased artwork, the leaseholder will immediately contact Inge Koetzier van Hooff by email and / or telephone within one week at the latest. The leaseholder is obliged to insure the work. In the event of damage, or loss of the work, the leaseholder will pay the full amount of the damage or the artwork to the artist Inge Koetzier van Hooff.
Exhibition outside the home, reproduction or copying of the work is only permitted after written permission is given from Inge Koetzier van Hooff.
The artwork can be purchased. Any accumulated savings will be settled upon payment. The price is indicated by the artist on the work and fixed on the lease agreement. The artist can change the price when extending / renewing the loan period (6 months).
The savings can be exchanged for the purchase of original art from Inge’s studio or webshop (not prints). The savings can be exchanged up to one year after cancellation of the subscription.
